Right from the first phone call this firm was absolutely excellent.
On moving day the whole team where polite, kind, curtesy, friendly, hard working and extremely efficient.
Nothing was to much trouble and I think they went above and beyond what could have been very stressful due to a very late completion time.
But because of there professionalism and reassurance made my house move a good experience.
Nothing was broken or damaged and I had a lot of boxes with fragile contents.

Ross responded to my initial enquiry very quickly, Lisa made a quick house visit to make a thorough inventory of what needed to be moved/wrapped in bubble wrap/dismantled etc and I received a very competitive quote later that evening. I enquired with ross late in the evening about helping me clear a lot of stuff for an end of tenancy clean, I had already been let down by another company who just didn’t turn up. Ross team turned and cleared everything even sweeping up and clearing extra Little bits for me……the price was also great for the amount of items they had to remove and they were very quick as well. It would have taken me days to clean up on my own..

Fantastic service from start to finish. The lads were early to arrive and very prompt getting everything packed they shrink wrapped all the drawers and furniture to protect the edges.
