Based in Woodford, Northamptonshire, Zeus Removals is a family-run removals company owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Ross and Lisa. Together with our family and trusted team, we provide professional, carefully planned removals across Northamptonshire and throughout the UK.
From local house moves and packing to storage, dismantling, reassembly and long-distance relocations, we focus on clear communication, careful handling and a genuinely personal service from first enquiry through to moving day.
The Story Behind Zeus Removals
Zeus Removals started on a much smaller scale, with one Transit-sized van, a commitment to providing a reliable service and an ambition to build something our family could be proud of.
Initially, we focused on local man-and-van services . However, demand grew quickly. At the same time, Ross’s father, who has more than 26 years of removals experience, supported the new business by passing suitable jobs our way and sharing practical knowledge from his career.
As a result, Zeus Removals progressed into complete house removals in Northamptonshire . Within our first three months, we added our first Luton van. By six months, the fleet had grown to two Lutons and, within the first year, Zeus Removals had expanded to four Luton vans.
Meanwhile, Lisa brings around 30 years of experience working in healthcare. Therefore, patience, communication, trust and reassurance remain central to the way we look after customers during what can be a stressful time.
Today, our son Theo is also part of Zeus Removals, making the business a true family operation. Although the business has grown, the principles remain the same: careful planning, honest communication, respect for customers and their belongings, and professional service from start to finish.

Co-Owner & Removal Team LeadFollowing in the footsteps of his father, who has more than 26 years of removals experience, Ross leads the operational side of Zeus Removals. From planning and preparation to moving day itself, he helps ensure each move is organised, carefully managed and professionally carried out.
Lisa Phillips
Co-Owner & Customer CareWith around 30 years of healthcare experience, Lisa brings a calm, caring and organised approach to Zeus Removals. In addition, she supports customers throughout their moving journey, helping to provide the communication and reassurance needed before moving day.
Theo Phillips
Removal PorterAs the next generation of the family business, Theo works alongside the Zeus Removals team on customers’ moves. He continues to gain hands-on experience while helping with careful loading, transportation and unloading.
